1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jlil3," "We," "Us," "Our," or "Company" refers to the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR licensing, providing casino games, sports betting, and related services to eligible Filipino players through the domain jlil3.cam.
• "Player," "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses jlil3 services, including but not limited to gameplay, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by the Player upon successful registration with jlil3, which stores Player information, transaction history, balances, and gameplay records.

• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds from the Player to their jlil3 Account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, or other methods designated by jlil3.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from the Player's jlil3 Account balance to the Player's designated payment account, subject to verification, processing times, and limits specified by jlil3.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by jlil3, subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered by jlil3, resulting in either a win, loss, or push depending on game outcomes.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body authorized by the Philippine government to license, regulate, and supervise gaming operations within the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register for a jlil3 Account or use any jlil3 Services. By registering, you affirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jlil3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through government-issued identification documents. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing underage gambling prevention.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jlil3 Services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines and persons physically located within Philippine territorial boundaries at the time of account registration and gameplay. Players accessing jlil3 from outside the Philippines, or using VPN, proxy, or location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, are in violation of these Terms and subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. jlil3 employs geolocation verification technology and reserves the right to request proof of Philippine residency.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, that you are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable statute, regulation, or judicial order, and that your use of jlil3 Services does not violate any obligation owed to third parties. You further warrant that you are the authorized owner of all payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals, and that no funds deposited with jlil3 are derived from illegal activities.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are prohibited from opening or maintaining jlil3 Accounts: (a) individuals currently self-excluded from gambling activities through PAGCOR or other regulatory self-exclusion programs; (b) employees, contractors, or affiliates of jlil3 or its parent, subsidiary, or related entities; (c) immediate family members of jlil3 employees; (d) individuals previously banned from jlil3 for Terms violations; (e) persons acting on behalf of others or opening accounts for third-party benefit.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a jlil3 Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as shown on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number with Philippine country code (+63), residential address within the Philippines, and creation of a unique username and secure password. You acknowledge that jlil3 will use this information to verify your identity and comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

3.2 Account Limits

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlil3 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon discovery of multiple Accounts linked to a single individual, jlil3 reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate Accounts; (b) void all wagers placed from duplicate Accounts; (c) confiscate balances and winnings from duplicate Accounts; (d) terminate all Accounts held by that Player. Exceptions may be granted only with prior written approval from jlil3 management and are not guaranteed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlil3 Account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow others to access your Account, or use another person's Account. You agree to immediately notify jlil3 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. You remain liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until jlil3 receives written notice of suspected unauthorized access and has had reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice. jlil3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.

3.4 Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change, including but not limited to changes in address, phone number, or email. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, funds forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities if fraudulent intent is suspected. jlil3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

jlil3 accepts deposits through the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash mobile wallet, PayMaya mobile wallet, Philippine bank transfers (including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major banks), and such other methods as jlil3 may designate from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level, ranging from PHP 100,000 to PHP 1,000,000 per transaction. New Accounts may be subject to lower limits until identity verification is completed. Deposits processed via GCash or PayMaya typically credit to your jlil3 Account within 1-5 minutes. Bank transfers may require 10 minutes to 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing speed. jlil3 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Currency

All jlil3 Account balances, wagers, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of transaction. jlil3 is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended), jlil3 implements strict AML and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) procedures. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) jlil3 may request extensive documentation to verify the source of deposited funds; (b) large or suspicious transactions may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews; (c) jlil3 reserves the right to refuse deposits or freeze Accounts pending completion of AML investigations; (d) jlil3 may report suspicious transactions to Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to you. You warrant that all funds deposited with jlil3 are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of funds from your jlil3 Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account is fully verified through completion of KYC procedures; (b) you have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions; (c) your Account is in good standing with no ongoing disputes, investigations, or Terms violations; (d) you have provided proof of ownership for the withdrawal destination account. Withdrawals must be processed to payment accounts registered in your legal name matching your jlil3 Account registration details.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200). Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows: (a) PHP 500,000 per transaction for GCash and PayMaya; (b) PHP 1,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers; (c) PHP 5,000,000 per month for all withdrawal methods combined. Fully verified Accounts typically experience withdrawal processing times of 15 minutes to 2 hours for GCash/PayMaya, and 2-24 hours for bank transfers. jlil3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawals (PHP 500,000 or more) which may extend processing time to 48-72 hours.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, jlil3 will require submission of verification documents including: (a) clear, color copy of government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card showing full name, photo, and date of birth; (b) proof of address dated within the past 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address); (c) selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face; (d) proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash/PayMaya account showing your name, or bank statement). Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal cancellation.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

jlil3 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse withdrawals in the following circumstances: (a) suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected on the Account; (b) outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) verification documents pending review or failed authentication; (d) evidence of Terms violations including but not limited to multiple Accounts, collusion, bonus abuse, or prohibited gameplay; (e) investigations into game integrity or fair play concerns; (f) chargebacks or disputes related to deposits. In cases where withdrawals are refused, jlil3 will provide written explanation unless disclosure would compromise security investigations or legal proceedings.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

jlil3 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. General bonus conditions include but are not limited to: (a) bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period; (b) bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated funds become withdrawable; (c) certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements or be excluded entirely; (d) maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds; (e) bonuses are void where prohibited and may not be available to all Players.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 25x to 40x the bonus amount) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 25x wagering requirement necessitates PHP 25,000 in total wagers before funds convert to withdrawable balance. Game contribution rates toward wagering vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and some games may contribute 0%. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days) after which uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings expire.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlil3 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) coordinating with other Players to exploit bonuses; (c) using betting patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements; (d) making deposits solely to qualify for bonuses with no genuine intent to play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and associated funds confiscated, Accounts permanently closed, and may be reported to other operators and regulatory authorities. jlil3's determination of bonus abuse is final.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

jlil3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already claimed prior to the modification date. In the event of promotional errors (such as incorrect bonus percentages or terms displayed), jlil3 reserves the right to correct the error retroactively and adjust Player balances accordingly.

7. Game Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Outcomes

All jlil3 games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and binding upon completion. jlil3 will not entertain disputes regarding game outcomes unless technical malfunctions are documented and verified. In cases of technical errors, jlil3 may void affected wagers and restore Player balances to pre-wager amounts.

7.2 Disconnections

If you disconnect from a game due to internet connectivity issues or device problems, the game round in progress will continue and complete according to your last action before disconnection. You may return to the game to view results. jlil3 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections not caused by jlil3 technical faults. In the event of jlil3 server failures or malfunctions attributable to jlil3 systems, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

7.3 Irregular Play

jlil3 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns including but not limited to: (a) exploiting software bugs or game defects; (b) collusion with other Players; (c) use of automated betting software or bots; (d) arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; (e) gameplay patterns inconsistent with normal player behavior. Players found engaging in irregular play will have associated winnings voided, balances confiscated, and Accounts permanently terminated.

8. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

8.1 Age Verification

jlil3 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players must be 21 years of age or older. jlil3 employs age verification procedures and may request identification documents at any time. Players found to be underage will have Accounts closed, wagers voided, and funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

jlil3 provides responsible gaming tools accessible through your Account settings, including: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time limits; (d) reality check notifications; (e) temporary cooling-off periods; (f) self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once set, limits cannot be increased or removed for the specified period. Decreasing limits takes effect immediately, while increasing limits requires a 24-hour waiting period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from jlil3 Services for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed, you will not be able to open new Accounts, and you will not receive marketing communications from jlil3. Requests for early termination of self-exclusion will not be honored. 8.4 Warning Signs

If you recognize these signs in yourself or others, please utilize jlil3's responsible gaming tools and seek professional help immediately.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating multiple Accounts using different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods;
• Allowing another person to access or use your Account, or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technology to mask your geographic location;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games;
• Colluding with other Players in poker or other games involving player-versus-player competition;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or advantage play across multiple platforms;
• Abusing bonuses through coordinated activity or multiple Accounts;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlil3 staff or other Players;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with jlil3 software;
• Accessing jlil3 Services while located outside the Philippines;
• Any other activity deemed by jlil3 to violate the spirit or letter of these Terms.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jlil3

jlil3 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) suspected Terms violations; (b) requested verification documents not provided within specified timeframes; (c) suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; (d) irregular gameplay detected; (e) chargebacks or payment disputes; (f) compliance with legal or regulatory requests. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers, make deposits, or process withdrawals pending resolution of the issue.

10.2 Termination by jlil3

jlil3 may terminate your Account permanently for material breaches of these Terms including but not limited to: multiple Accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, provision of false information, or any activity jlil3 determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its Services. Upon termination, all pending wagers will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and balances subject to confiscation if the termination resulted from Terms violations. If termination occurs without Player fault, remaining balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

10.3 Termination by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jlil3 customer support. Pending wagers must be settled and balances withdrawn before closure. Self-excluded Players cannot close Accounts until the self-exclusion period expires. jlil3 will process closure requests within 7 business days.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jlil3 collects, processes, and stores Player personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jlil3 Services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. jlil3 implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and restricted access controls. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and jlil3 cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

12.1 Service Availability

jlil3 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. jlil3 does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. jlil3 reserves the right to suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without liability to Players. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible, though emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

12.2 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlil3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jlil3 Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. jlil3's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or use of Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12.3 Force Majeure

jlil3 shall not be liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, internet service provider failures, denial-of-service attacks, government actions, or pandemics. In force majeure events, jlil3 will make reasonable efforts to restore Services but is not liable for resulting damages.

13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

jlil3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, website announcement, or notification upon your next login. Continued use of jlil3 Services following amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using jlil3 Services and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jlil3 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, you agree to first attempt resolution through jlil3 customer support. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against jlil3.
